Role Overview

We are looking for a
Sales & Marketing Executive
to grow our business through customer acquisition, account management, and marketing campaigns. You will handle the full sales cycle, from prospecting and closing deals to promoting our products through targeted marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage new customers (printers, packaging houses, retailers, publishers).
  • Visit clients, pitch solutions, negotiate pricing/terms, and close sales.
  • Manage reorders, customer service, and after-sales support.
  • Plan and run basic marketing campaigns (social media, email/Whats App, brochures, local events).
  • Track competitor activity, paper price trends, and local market dynamics.
  • Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts, and reports in CRM.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Grow key account revenues quarter-over-quarter.
  • Convert leads into orders consistently.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction and repeat orders.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven sales and customer service experience (B2B preferred).
  • Negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team.
  • Familiarity with sales/marketing tools and basic CRM.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the
    paper, printing, or packaging industry

  • Knowledge of the

  • Fluency in Punjabi/Urdu and English.
  • Valid driver's license for client visits.
