We are seeking a highly experienced Amazon & Marketplace Specialist with expertise in FBA and FBM models and proven success in managing multiple marketplaces, including Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Walmart.

Role Overview

The Amazon & Marketplace Specialist will be responsible for driving sales growth across leading online marketplaces by managing product listings, optimizing campaigns, handling logistics (FBA/FBM), and analyzing performance metrics. This role requires deep knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and marketplace operations, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon Seller Central accounts, including FBA (Fulfilled by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfilled by Merchant).
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings with high-quality titles, descriptions, images, and keywords.
  • Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales, improve organic rankings, and boost ROI.
  • Manage and grow presence on eBay, Etsy, and Walmart marketplaces.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategy.
  • Monitor account health, inventory levels, and compliance with marketplace policies.
  • Manage Amazon PPC campaigns and other marketplace advertising tools to drive visibility and conversions.
  • Coordinate logistics for FBA shipments and oversee FBM operations.
  • Generate performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, tools, and new strategies for growth.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing Amazon FBA & FBM accounts.
  • Hands-on experience with additional marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, Walmart).
  • Strong expertise in Amazon PPC, keyword research, and SEO optimization.
  • Proficiency in marketplace tools (e.g., Helium 10, Jungle Scout, SellerApp).
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience handling logistics, compliance, and account health management.
  • Amazon certifications (if any) will be a plus.
