  • Develop and execute strategies: Create and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive sales growth.
  • Conduct market research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior to identify new opportunities and inform strategy.
  • Manage marketing campaigns: Design, launch, and manage marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and email.
  • Drive sales and leads: Identify potential customers, generate leads through outreach, conduct sales presentations, and close deals.
  • Build and maintain client relationships: Develop strong relationships with existing clients, handle inquiries and complaints, and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
  • Monitor and report: Track the performance of marketing and sales initiatives, analyze data, and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with teams: Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure brand consistency and alignment on business goals.

Skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Organizational, time management, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must have strong knowledge about Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint
