About the Role

We're looking for a Full Stack Web Developer to join our Marketing Team. This role is perfect for someone who is highly skilled in both front-end and back-end web development, able to create and maintain a wide range of digital assets including websites, landing pages, portals, and web applications.

You will work closely with marketing, design, and operations teams to build high-performing, visually appealing, and technically sound web experiences that support marketing campaigns, lead generation, SEO initiatives, and overall brand presence. The ideal candidate is an adaptable problem-solver, comfortable working with popular CMS platforms as well as custom code.

Skills & Experience Required

· 4-5 years of professional experience in full stack or web development roles (agency or in-house).

· Strong expertise in WordPress, Webflow, and other CMS platforms.

· Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Laravel, and responsive design.

· Experience with popular WordPress builders (Elementor, Divi, WPBakery) and plugin ecosystems.

· Solid understanding of hosting, domains, DNS, and website deployment/maintenance.

· Knowledge of database (MySQL/PostgreSQL) and integration with front-end systems.

· Familiarity with technical SEO fundamentals (meta tags, schema, site speed optimization).

· Understanding of web security protocols (SSL, firewalls, backups, access management).

· Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code and website performance.

· Strong organizational and project management skills to manage multiple sites simultaneously.

Nice to Haves

· Experience with integration of marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tag Manager).

· Understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimization) and A/B testing.

· Familiarity with HubSpot, CRM integrations, or marketing automation platforms. - Nice to have

· Knowledge of cloud hosting (AWS, DigitalOcean, or similar). - Should have
