Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Shift Manager located in Rawalpindi. The Restaurant Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations during their shift, managing team members, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of food quality and cleanliness. Additional tasks include handling customer inquiries and complaints, coordinating with kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and promoting a positive work environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in team management and leadership
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Previous experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in hospitality management are a plus
