Job Description – Warehouse Executive

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, packing, and dispatching goods).
• Maintain accurate stock levels and update inventory records.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to production or customers.
• Implement FIFO/LIFO and other inventory management systems.
• Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams.
• Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Supervise warehouse staff and assign tasks.
• Monitor safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.
• Optimize space utilization and storage methods.
• Prepare and maintain reports related to warehouse activities.

Required Skills:

• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) or ERP software.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage time and multitask.
• Understanding of inventory control and logistics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, business, or a related field (preferred).
• Diploma or certification in warehouse/logistics management (optional but valuable).
• 2–5 years of experience in warehouse or supply chain operations.
