We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. This unpaid internship is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain real-world experience in sales, partnerships, and business strategy. You will work closely with our team to identify growth opportunities, build relationships, and support the overall business development process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Assist in creating and managing outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Support in developing sales and pitch materials
  • Help manage CRM systems and maintain accurate records of leads and interactions
  • Assist in scheduling and preparing for client meetings
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor activities
  • Provide administrative and strategic support to the business development team
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for growth and improvement

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
  • Strong interest in business development, sales, or entrepreneurship
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, Slides)
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Previous internship or project experience in business-related areas is a bonus
