About Us:

NXT Global creates captivating content and we believe that timing is everything. We're looking for a proactive Scheduler & Caption Writer who can plan, organize, and schedule posts across our social platforms, especially Facebook, while writing scroll-stopping captions that drive engagement and reach.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: O-Level/A-Level background + Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Social Media-Savvy: Deep understanding of Facebook trends and algorithms
  • Creative Copywriter: Ability to write catchy, emotional, and curiosity-driven captions
  • Organized & Punctual: Strong time management skills for consistent post scheduling
  • Traffic-Focused Mindset: Ability to craft posts that boost visibility, clicks, and engagement

Your Role Will Include:

  • Scheduling Facebook posts using Simplified or similar tools
  • Writing high-converting Facebook captions that encourage likes, shares, and comments
  • Coordinating with the content writing and research teams to ensure fresh and relevant content is posted
  • Analyzing performance and adapting posting times and caption styles for maximum engagement
  • Maintaining a clear content calendar to ensure consistency
  • Keeping an eye on Facebook trends, viral formats, and timing strategies
