What you'll do
Technical Leadership: Present company's technical capabilities to clients, setting clear expectations on feasibility, timelines, and costs for better win rates and client outcomes.

Make early-stage architectural recommendations, often in pre-sales phase of engagements with little context; you quickly state assumptions and drive iterative feedback from prospective clients.

Scoping & Estimation: Lead scoping to define technical needs, effort, and staffing.

Work with teams to assess feasibility, estimate timelines, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies.

Architecture Design: Oversee early project technical discovery, supporting client goals with scalable architectures, tech selection, and data model design aligned to business outcomes.
Client Coordination: Build client relationships, ensuring alignment on project needs, documentation, and access. Manage client communications, set expectations, and escalate issues to keep projects on track.
Expertise Development: Continually hone your specializations in technology areas key to client and company needs, upskilling yourself and the team around you.
Technical Artifacts: Maintain clear architectural documentation for system components, data flows, and integration points, ensuring alignment among company, clients, and partners.
Feasibility Analysis: Evaluate new concepts, assessing technical stack needs and guiding clients on potential evolution for project alignment.
Prototyping: Collaborate on feasibility studies, performing research, technical analysis, and proofs of concept to validate and refine approaches to align with client outcomes with program resources and timelines.
Risk Management: Identify technical risks early, propose mitigations, and ensure alignment to avoid project disruptions.
Dynamic Expert Support: Act as a flexible resource, providing targeted architectural guidance to in-progress projects across the organization. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, leveraging knowledge to enhance best practices, technology decisions, skill development, and delivery quality.

Required skills and qualifications
Experience: 7 years in software engineering, architecture, or a similar role, with a proven track record of successful projects delivery.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of modern tech stacks, GenAI, LLMs, front-end mobile/web development, cloud architecture (e.g., AWS, GCP), APIs, Microservices, databases, and DevOps practices.

Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to approach complex problems strategically, applying robust solutions to meet diverse client needs.
Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences, including ability to develop architecture diagrams and high quality client presentations.
Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring technical teams, fostering a collaborative, supportive, and innovative environment.

Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry best practices and current trends in GenAI, software architecture, digital transformation, and user experience.
