Job Profile

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver an engaging robotics curriculum (LEGO Robotics, drones, solar-powered bots, 3D printing, Arduino/Raspberry Pi, CAD, etc.).
  • Organize robotics tournaments, tech expos, and competitions at BGS, while coaching student teams for FIRST LEGO League, RoboCup, World Robot Olympiad, and similar platforms.
  • Inspire students to take on innovation challenges and independent projects, nurturing curiosity, teamwork, and confidence.
  • Manage lab equipment, ensure safety protocols, and recommend emerging technologies and tools to keep the lab future-ready.
  • Collaborate with faculty to design interdisciplinary STEM projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Mechatronics Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of robotics kits, coding (Scratch, Python, C++), drone technologies, and 3D design software.
  • Experience in robotics competitions (organizing, mentoring, or participating).
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and classroom management skills.
  • A natural mentor passionate about empowering students to become creators of technology.
