About the Role

We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is someone who understands digital trends, can create engaging content, and knows how to convert engagement into meaningful brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

  • Plan, create, and manage daily posts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
  • Maintain brand consistency in visuals, tone, and messaging.
  • Schedule posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite).

Content Creation

  • Develop creative content ideas aligned with brand goals.
  • Create engaging reels, posts, stories, carousels, and short videos.
  • Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team.
  • Write compelling captions with strong hooks and CTAs.

Strategy & Growth

  • Plan monthly content calendars and campaigns.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Grow followers organically through smart strategies and community engagement.

Research & Analytics

  • Analyze page insights and performance metrics.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly reports and suggest improvements.
  • Research competitor social pages and industry trends.

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & LinkedIn algorithms.
  • Experience with content creation, reels, short videos, and basic editing.
  • Excellent English communication (writing + speaking).
  • Creativity, storytelling ability, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work with designers and video editors.
  • Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, and social media tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1.5–3+ years of experience as Social Media Executive / Manager.
  • A strong portfolio of past work is required.
