Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify high-potential clients on Upwork and LinkedIn
  • Write and send tailored proposals and connection messages
  • Maintain and update lead tracking spreadsheets or CRM tools
  • Assist in follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and maintaining client communication
  • Collaborate with senior BDMs to develop platform-specific outreach strategies

Skills Required:

  • Strong written communication and proposal writing skills
  • Familiarity with Upwork and LinkedIn sales/outreach workflows
  • Basic understanding of freelancing and service-based sales
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn business development best practices
