Job Summary:

The Petition Writer is responsible for drafting, preparing, and reviewing immigration petitions, support letters, and related legal documentation for clients seeking visas, residency, or other immigration benefits. This role requires excellent writing, research, and organizational skills, with a strong understanding of immigration procedures and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and prepare immigration petitions, cover letters, and legal correspondence.
  • Research and compile supporting documentation in line with immigration regulations.
  • Review client information and prepare case summaries for attorneys or consultants.
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with immigration guidelines.
  • Coordinate with clients to collect required documents and verify case details.
  • Maintain case files, records, and timelines for submission deadlines.
  • Communicate professionally with attorneys, consultants, and clients regarding petition progress.
  • Stay updated on immigration policies, procedures, and documentation requirements.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Strong written communication and legal drafting skills.
  • Ability to analyze, organize, and present information clearly.
  • Familiarity with immigration procedures and document requirements.
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.

Work Environment:

Office-based role with occasional remote coordination. Requires high confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract, Internship

Contract length: 48 months

Pay: Rs30, Rs50,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 per week
