About the Role

The Digital Marketing & Growth Expert will manage and optimize all digital marketing activities to drive measurable growth across Sprouto's brands. This includes SEO, social media management, paid advertising (Google, Meta, LinkedIn), email marketing, and performance analytics. The ideal candidate is data-focused, creative, and skilled in executing ROI-driven marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Execution

  • Develop and implement digital growth strategies to increase brand visibility, website traffic, and conversions.
  • Plan and run performance-driven campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Manage and grow social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
  • Optimize websites and landing pages for SEO, speed, and conversion rates.
  • Execute email marketing, automation, and retargeting campaigns to nurture leads and improve engagement.

2. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track digital marketing KPIs including CAC, ROAS, CTR, impressions, and conversion rates.
  • Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Search Console, and SEMrush to monitor performance.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports with insights, trends, and actionable improvement plans.

3. Content & Branding

  • Coordinate with the Design Team to ensure visual and branding consistency across campaigns.
  • Support content creation for blogs, social media, website pages, and ad creatives following SEO best practices.
  • Stay updated on digital trends, platform changes, and emerging marketing techniques.

4. Growth & Optimization

  • Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization to enhance campaign results.
  • Identify new marketing channels, tools, or techniques that can accelerate growth.
  • Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively for maximum ROI.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or performance marketing.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, and analytics platforms.
  • Strong understanding of funnels, lead generation, paid media, and retargeting strategies.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinking with a passion for data-driven growth.
