Job Purpose

The CFO will be responsible for leading the financial strategy of Boss Pakson, ensuring strong financial management, compliance, and long-term sustainability. This role will oversee all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, treasury, taxation, and corporate finance, while providing strategic insights to support decision-making and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Advise the CEO and Board on financial planning, capital structure, and growth opportunities.
  • Drive cost optimization, profitability analysis, and financial forecasting.

Financial Management & Reporting

  • Oversee all financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and corporate governance standards.

Budgeting & Forecasting

  • Lead annual budgeting and long-term forecasting processes.
  • Monitor performance vs. budget and implement corrective actions as needed.

Cash Flow & Treasury Management

  • Manage working capital, cash flows, banking relationships, and investments.
  • Optimize financing structure and ensure liquidity to meet business needs.

Internal Controls & Risk Management

  • Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure risk management frameworks are in place.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors to ensure transparency and compliance.

Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing finance team.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, integrity, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or MBA in Finance.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership/CFO role.
  • Strong experience in manufacturing/industrial sectors.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, tax laws, financial reporting, and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle).
  • Proven leadership, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
