Job Title: Mobile App Developer (React Native / Flutter)

Level: Junior or Mid-Level

Location: On-site – Ghouri Town Phase 5, Islamabad

Company: App Coding Tech

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native and/or Flutter.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Debug, test, and optimize app performance across Android and iOS devices.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
  • Work closely with backend developers to ensure seamless functionality.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in React Native or Flutter.
  • Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript (for React Native) or Dart (for Flutter).
  • Experience with state management (Redux, Provider, etc.).
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and asynchronous programming.
  • Knowledge of mobile UI/UX principles and Material Design guidelines.
  • Hands-on experience with Git and version control workflows.
  • Understanding of app lifecycle, memory management, and performance optimization.

Nice to Have

  • Published apps on Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Cloud Functions, etc.).
  • Knowledge of native modules (Android/Java/Kotlin, iOS/Swift).
  • Familiarity with automated testing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of professional mobile development experience (junior/mid-level).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
