Key Responsibilities
Mobile Development (Flutter / React Native)

  • Build 
    Passenger and Driver apps
     with clean, maintainable code.
  • Implement features: ride booking, live driver tracking, fare estimates, trip history, chat/call with drivers, and payment integrations.
  • Ensure apps are optimized for 
    iOS and Android
     with offline handling and push notifications.
  • Work with maps and geolocation SDKs (MapifyIt or Google Maps).
  • Follow 
    UI/UX best practices
     for smooth user experience.

Backend Development (Laravel / )

  • Design and develop RESTful APIs for mobile apps and web panels.
  • Implement core modules: authentication, trip lifecycle, driver-passenger matching, pricing, payments, and reporting.
  • Use 
    PostgreSQL/MySQL
     for structured data and 
    Redis
     for caching & real-time updates.
  • Integrate with third-party services (payments, SMS/WhatsApp, email, maps).
  • Write secure, scalable, and optimized backend logic.

System Architecture & Real-Time Features

  • Implement 
    real-time ride updates
     via WebSockets.
  • Build dispatch algorithms for driver-passenger matching.
  • Manage surge pricing, driver-set fare modes, and geofencing.
  • Support multi-tenant / white-label configurations.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–6+ years of experience in 
    mobile & backend development
    .
  • Strong expertise in 
    Flutter (Dart)
     and/or 
    React Native (JavaScript/TypeScript)
    .
  • Hands-on experience with 
    Laravel (PHP)
     or 
    (Express/NestJS)
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    REST APIs
    , 
    WebSockets
    , and 
    real-time applications
    .
  • Experience with 
    databases
    : PostgreSQL/MySQL + Redis.
  • Proficiency in 
    version control (Git)
     and agile workflows.
  • Understanding of 
    authentication (JWT, OAuth2)
     and security best practices.
  • Experience integrating 
    maps, payments, and messaging services
    .

Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with 
    ride-hailing, logistics, or dispatch platforms
    .
  • Familiarity with 
    Docker/Kubernetes
     and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Experience in 

     (for web dashboards).
  • Knowledge of 
    CI/CD pipelines
     and automated testing.
  • Understanding of 
    multi-tenant SaaS systems
    .

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
