Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Peshawar for a Helpline Intern. The Helpline Intern will be responsible for providing customer support and assistance, managing helpline inquiries, documenting customer feedback, and escalating issues to relevant departments. The intern will help maintain service quality standards and contribute to process improvements in helpline operations.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu
  • Customer service experience and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry skills
  • Organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is a plus
