Job Purpose:

We are hiring a Corporate Lawyer to support our legal and executive teams in research, drafting, and managing global legal documentation. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, highly detail-oriented, and possess strong knowledge of U.S. law with the ability to work on documents applicable to international jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research across multiple domains, with a primary focus on U.S. law and applicability to global operations.
  • Draft, review, and revise a variety of legal documents, including commercial contracts, compliance documents, and corporate policies.
  • Handle immigration law research (e.g., visa requirements, documentation for travel and work visas).
  • Prepare and review contracts and agreements, ensuring clarity and identifying potential risks.
  • Assist with dispute documentation and litigation-related processes.
  • Maintain accurate legal records and ensure compliance with international legal standards.
  • Coordinate with international teams and, if necessary, travel to overseas offices to support legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Law degree required; specialization or experience in U.S. corporate law is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of international legal procedures and ability to draft documents for worldwide use.
  • Exceptional research and drafting skills, with the ability to independently source templates and precedent documents.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); American or neutral accent preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
  • Previous international travel or exposure to multinational legal environments is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Rs Rs1,000.00 per hour
