Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, based in Karachi Division. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, managing sales processes, conducting market research, and engaging with potential and existing customers. Daily tasks will include delivering excellent customer service, communicating effectively with clients, and participating in sales training and management activities.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills
  • Experience in Training and developing sales teams
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi Division
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of logistics and freight services is a plus
