We are looking for a skilled and passionate Full Stack WordPress Developer to join our development team. You will be responsible for building, customizing, and maintaining dynamic websites, plugins, and themes using WordPress. You should have a strong understanding of both front-end and back-end technologies, and be capable of delivering high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins
  • Customize existing themes and plugins to meet project requirements
  • Build responsive front-end layouts using HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including jQuery/React if needed)
  • Develop back-end functionality using PHP and MySQL
  • Work with REST APIs and integrate third-party services (e.g., payment gateways, CRMs, etc.)
  • Optimize site performance, SEO, and mobile responsiveness
  • Conduct testing and debugging to ensure optimal functionality across browsers and devices
  • Collaborate with designers, content creators, and project managers to deliver high-impact websites
  • Maintain and update existing WordPress sites

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of hands-on WordPress development experience
  • Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with custom theme and plugin development
  • Knowledge of Advanced Custom Fields (ACF), Custom Post Types, and WordPress Hooks (actions & filters)
  • Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and AJAX
  • Basic understanding of Git version control
  • Ability to troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code
  • Good understanding of website performance optimization and security best practices

Nice to Have (Bonus Skills):

  • Experience with headless WordPress or JAMstack (e.g., WordPress + )
  • WooCommerce customization
  • Familiarity with CI/CD workflows
  • Understanding of SEO, schema markup, and analytics integration
