Job Opportunity – Sales Executive (Real Estate – Vertical Project)

Location: Near Shahkam Chowk, Bahria Town, Lahore

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team for an upcoming vertical real estate project near Shahkam Chowk, Bahria Town, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:


• Drive sales for our vertical project by attracting and engaging potential buyers and investors.


• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and follow-ups.


• Conduct site visits, sales presentations, and negotiations with prospective clients.


• Stay updated on market trends, competitor projects, and customer preferences to develop effective sales strategies.


• Achieve assigned sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Requirements:


• Proven sales experience in the real estate sector, preferably in vertical/high-rise projects.


• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
