We're expanding our creative division and looking for a Graphic Designer who can produce visually compelling digital content, social media creatives, and short-form video edits that strengthen brand identity and boost engagement.

Role Summary

This on-site role combines creativity, design, and motion. You'll produce social-media graphics, marketing visuals, and short promotional videos that align with ABS's brand message and engage global audiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design engaging digital graphics for web, social media, campaigns, and presentations.
  • Create short video clips, reels, and motion graphics for ads and social channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver designs aligned with campaign goals.
  • Optimize visuals and video assets for online performance (size, format, SEO-friendly titles).
  • Manage multiple creative projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high quality.
  • Update and maintain brand asset libraries, templates, and guidelines.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–3 years of professional graphic design experience with a strong digital portfolio.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro (or equivalent video-editing tool).
  • Familiarity with Figma or Canva for collaborative design.
  • Ability to create short video edits, animations, or reels for marketing and branding.
  • Knowledge of SEO-friendly visual content — using image alt text, keywords, and captions that enhance engagement.
  • Strong creativity, typography, and layout design sense.
  • Excellent communication and time-management skills.
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Media, or a related field preferred (not mandatory).

Preferred Plus

  • Experience with After Effects or advanced motion graphics.
  • Exposure to paid ad creatives and conversion-oriented design (A/B testing visuals).
  • Understanding of analytics for content engagement.
