Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced resource with hands on experience on Jira, Confluence and other Atlassian tools who can ensure the optimization of Atlassian tools for project management, documentation purpose and implement proper security across Atlassian products.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello, etc.) for all users.
  • Ensure Atlassian tools are optimized for project management, documentation, and collaboration.
  • Implement and maintain proper security and access controls across Atlassian products.
  • Provide support for Atlassian users, helping resolve issues with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and other Atlassian products.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues or technical problems across Atlassian platforms.
  • Manage user onboarding and access provisioning for Atlassian tools.
  • Collaborate with IT and DevOps teams to integrate Atlassian tools with other business systems and third-party applications (e.g., GitHub, Slack, Trello, etc.).
  • Support the configuration and management of CI/CD pipelines that interact with Atlassian products.
  • Work with team leads and project managers to ensure that workflows and processes in Jira align with company needs.
  • Implement best practices for workflow optimization and automation.
  • Analyze and recommend improvements for the overall performance of Atlassian products.
  • Generate reports and dashboards using Jira and Confluence to track project performance, task progress, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor system health and performance of Atlassian products and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
  • Manage the release and upgrade processes for Atlassian products, ensuring smooth transitions between versions.
  • Test new releases or patches to ensure they do not negatively impact ongoing operations.
  • Collaborate with product owners, software developers, and other stakeholders to understand and implement requirements for Atlassian tools.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between various teams using Atlassian products.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Trello tools.
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Bachelors or masters degree in relevant domain.
