The Citizens Foundation (TCF)
is hiring a
Graphic Designer & Video Production Associate
for a 6-month contractual position within our Teacher Pathways Design (TPD) team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and technically skilled individual who can bring ideas to life through compelling graphics, engaging illustrations, and high-quality video content that supports teacher training and instructional design.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop graphics, illustrations, characters, and digital scenes for instructional and training videos.
  • Support video production workflows, from planning to post-production.
  • Assist in managing shoot logistics including scheduling, permissions, and on-ground support.
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure alignment with training objectives and brand standards.
  • Explore and experiment with AI-based video production tools to improve efficiency and creativity.
  • Maintain well-organized archives of design and video assets.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet TCF's pedagogical and design guidelines.
  • Meet deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Stay updated on new tools, trends, and best practices in video production and design.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) or equivalent tools.
  • Experience creating visuals and motion graphics for educational or training purposes.
  • Familiarity with video production processes, camera setups, and lighting basics.
  • Knowledge of AI-based video tools is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Prior exposure to end-to-end video production is preferred.
