Role Description

This is an internship role for an Android Developer. The Android Developer will work on designing and building advanced applications for the Android platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. The developer will work closely with other teams to identify and fix bugs and continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. This is an on-site role, located in Faisalabad.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Java and Kotlin programming languages
  • Familiarity with Android SDK and Android development tools
  • Experience with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
  • Knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
