About the Role

We're on the hunt for a vibrant, camera-confident personality to become the face and voice of our brand As our TrendCaster, you'll create engaging, scroll-stopping videos that feature YOU (and sometimes your teammates), spark conversations, and ride the latest social media trends. Your mission is to turn ideas into fun, relatable, and share-worthy content that builds real connections with our audience.

What You'll Do

  • Be the on-camera personality for our brand's EGC (Employee Generated Content).
  • Invite, motivate, and feature office teammates in your videos.
  • Brainstorm and pitch out-of-the-box content ideas independently.
  • Track trending audios, formats, and viral hooks to keep us fresh.
  • Plan and shoot short-form videos (Reels/TikTok/Stories).
  • Represent the brand with charm, creativity, and confidence.
