Cold Caller

At NESL-IT, we are a growing software house specializing in Web & Mobile App Development, AI Solutions, and IT Consulting. We are looking for a Sales Intern (Cold Caller) to join our dynamic Business Development team. This role is perfect for someone eager to develop their communication and sales skills while working in a fast-paced tech environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients in international markets (primarily U.S. & U.K.).
• Present company services clearly and professionally to generate interest and leads.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in CRM tools.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to achieve daily and weekly targets.

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication and fluency in American accent.
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejections positively and maintain professionalism.
• Basic understanding of IT services and digital marketing (preferred).
• Passionate about sales, client communication, and career growth in business development.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: From Rs10,000.00 per month
