Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented
Junior Graphic Designer
to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should have a strong passion for design, a good eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate concepts into visually engaging designs across various mediums. You will work closely with the marketing, branding, and content teams to create designs that align with our brand identity and support multiple projects across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

● Design and produce creative assets for digital platforms, including social media posts, website banners, email campaigns, and digital ads.

● Support the design of print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and event collaterals.

● Collaborate with content writers, marketers, and product teams to develop visually compelling campaigns.

● Ensure consistency of brand identity across all designs and communication channels.

● Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects.

● Assist senior designers with brainstorming, mood boards, and execution of larger creative projects.

● Manage multiple design tasks while meeting project deadlines.

Qualifications:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

● 1–2 years of professional design experience (freelance experience acceptable).

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or other design tools.

● Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.

● Creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.

● Ability to take feedback constructively and adapt designs accordingly.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Experience with Canva, Figma,
Photoshop
or other collaborative design tools.

● Basic knowledge of video editing and motion graphics.

● Familiarity with branding guidelines and marketing campaigns.

● Interest or prior experience in industries such as beauty/skincare, real estate, or digital marketing.
