Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer with 2–3 years of experience in the software industry to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive user interfaces, enhancing user experience, and collaborating closely with developers and product teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate user requirements and business goals into engaging, user-centered designs.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design solutions.
  • Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design concepts.
  • Maintain design consistency through style guides and component libraries.
  • Stay updated with current design trends, UI patterns, and emerging technologies.
  • Work closely with product managers to define user flows and improve overall product usability.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer in the software industry.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design.
  • Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design projects.
