Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Civil Surveyor
to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for conducting land and site surveys, preparing accurate measurements, and providing essential data to support the design, planning, and construction of infrastructure and building projects. The role requires proficiency in modern surveying instruments, excellent technical knowledge, and strong field execution skills.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction layout surveys for infrastructure and building projects.
  • Establish control points and benchmarks for site works and ensure accuracy of alignments, levels, and elevations.
  • Prepare, verify, and maintain survey data, maps, drawings, and reports.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, and site managers to provide accurate survey data for design and execution.
  • Monitor and verify site works to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
  • Supervise and guide junior survey staff and ensure timely completion of survey activities.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and consultants regarding survey-related issues.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and quality requirements during all survey operations.
  • Update and submit daily, weekly, and monthly survey progress reports.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Surveying (preferred).
  • 5–10 years of proven experience in surveying for infrastructure and building projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, surveying techniques, and standards.
  • Proficiency in operating AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related surveying software.
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, plans, and specifications.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team under strict timelines.
