Job Description (JD):

The Admin Manager will be responsible for overseeing all administrative and operational functions of the house, ensuring smooth day-to-day management, discipline, and efficiency across all departments. This role involves supervision of approximately 50 employees, managing security, guest arrangements, procurement, budgeting, and staff training to maintain a high standard of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage the daily operations of house staff including housekeeping, kitchen, maintenance, and security teams.
  • Oversee discipline, attendance, and performance of all employees.
  • Plan and coordinate guest management — ensuring warm hospitality and timely arrangements for all visitors.
  • Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to enhance service quality, safety, and work ethics.
  • Manage procurement of household items, equipment, and supplies ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
  • Develop and monitor the household budget, controlling expenses and preparing monthly expense reports.
  • Liaise with vendors, contractors, and service providers for maintenance and supply agreements.
  • Ensure security and safety measures are properly implemented and followed by all staff.
  • Maintain administrative records, rosters, and documentation.
  • Coordinate closely with the House Operations Manager for smooth synchronization of all functions.

Job Specification (JS):

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in administrative or operations management, preferably in hospitality or large residential setups.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, procurement, and reporting.
  • Ability to train, motivate, and supervise a large team.
  • Organized, disciplined, and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Trustworthy, discreet, and professional demeanor.
  • Location: Hyderabad.
  • Reporting To: House Owner / Family Representative.
