About Us:

TriVA.Global is a Product & Project-Based Company specializing in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, and Online Brand Development. We're looking for an experienced eBay Account Manager who can professionally manage our eBay store operations — from listings and optimization to campaign strategy and performance analytics.

  • Position Title: eBay Account Manager Key Responsibilities:
    Manage and optimize eBay store listings with SEO-driven titles, descriptions, and high-quality visuals.
  • Develop and implement product listing and pricing strategies to maximize visibility and sales performance.
  • Create, monitor, and optimize Promoted Listings, Ads, and Campaigns for effective ROI.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market trend evaluation to strengthen product ranking.
  • Handle account health, order management, returns, and feedback with precision and professionalism.
  • Generate and analyze performance reports and campaign statistics to guide strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams for content alignment and promotional planning.
  • Ensure all listings comply with eBay policies and marketplace best practices.
  • Take full ownership of the eBay account — technically, strategically, and operationally.
  • Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of proven experience managing and optimizing eBay accounts.
  • Strong expertise in listing optimization, keyword research, and campaign analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with eBay Seller Hub, Advertising Dashboard, and Analytics Tools.
  • Deep understanding of E-commerce operations, PPC strategy, and ROI measurement.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver professional outcomes.
