About the Role:

You will create and manage content for short form and long form platforms. You will plan monthly ideas, write scripts, and guide the full production process. You will work with editors and designers to ensure every piece of content supports reach, engagement, and brand clarity. You will maintain a steady posting flow and adjust strategies based on performance results.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop monthly content plans for all platforms.


• Create scripts for videos and reels.


• Plan ideas based on audience data and platform insights.


• Coordinate with editors and designers for smooth production.


• Monitor performance metrics and refine content.


• Manage posting schedules.


• Research trends and apply them to content plans.


• Maintain brand voice in every piece of content.


• Suggest improvements based on analytics.

Requirements:


• Strong grip on content planning and scripting.


• Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing related fields.


• Prior experience in content creation or social media roles.


• Experience in short form and long form content.


• Understanding of platform analytics.


• Ability to work with creative teams.


• Strong communication skills.


• Consistent approach to deadlines


• Onsite job, timing 9 to 5.
