One of our clients in Saudi Arabia is hiring suitable candidates for the following position. This job is based in Saudi Arabia, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the final interview. All expenses will be shared only with the selected candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of pharmaceutical products.
• Ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and pharma handling standards.
• Monitor stock levels, batch codes, and expiry dates to prevent errors and wastage.
• Lead and guide warehouse staff (pickers, handlers, and MHE operators) to achieve operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain inventory records, delivery schedules, and stock reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and quality control departments for smooth workflow.
• Implement safety protocols and ensure adherence to company policies.
• Train staff on pharma handling procedures and warehouse best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/WMS software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs130, Rs150,000.00 per month
