Job Description

We are seeking a Junior Social Media Manager (Intern) to join our team on a night shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM, mandatory, on-site). The ideal candidate should be a fresh graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.

As a Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, creation, and execution of social media campaigns across various platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth through creative digital strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Create and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Monitor social channels, respond to queries, and engage with followers.
  • Conduct competitor research, analyze trends, and suggest innovative ideas to improve reach and engagement.
  • Track, measure, and report on social media performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency.

Requirements (Mandatory):

  • Bachelor's degree (Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms, tools, and algorithms.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for trends, aesthetics, and storytelling.
  • Willingness to work on-site during night shifts (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM).

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or video editing tools.
  • Experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite).
  • Knowledge of digital advertising basics (Facebook Ads, Google Ads).
  • Prior internship or freelance experience in social media marketing.

Deal Breaker:

  • This is an on-site position only (remote work is not allowed).
  • Availability for the night shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM) is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs15, Rs30,000.00 per month
