Job Overview:

The Business Development Executive (ERP) will be responsible for driving business growth through the promotion and sales of ERP solutions. This role requires a results-driven individual with proven experience in ERP sales, strong client relationship skills, and the ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve ERP sales targets and business growth objectives.
  • Identify and approach potential clients across relevant industries for ERP implementation.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
  • Understand clients' business processes and propose suitable ERP solutions.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Track market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business proposals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in ERP sales or software solution sales.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process automation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, dynamic, and results-oriented professional.
