We are looking for a
highly experienced and self-driven MERN Stack Developer
with
5+ years of hands-on experience
in building, leading, and scaling full-stack applications. The ideal candidate must have a

leading teams, writing scalable code, managing backend infrastructure, and delivering complex projects

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage full lifecycle software development projects
  • Architect scalable backend solutions using &
  • Build modern and responsive front-end interfaces using
  • Design, manage, and optimize NoSQL databases (MongoDB)
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers, DevOps, QA, and product teams
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices
  • Manage version control using Git and participate in code reviews
  • Monitor application performance and resolve production issues
  • Guide junior developers and enforce coding standards

Must-Have Skills:

5+ years of experience in full-stack development (MERN)

Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), REST APIs, and modern frameworks

Deep understanding of backend logic, authentication, authorization, and security protocols

Proven experience in project planning, module delegation, and team coordination

Ability to write efficient queries and handle large-scale data in MongoDB

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP preferred)

Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills

Strong communication and leadership abilities

Bonus Points (Preferred but not mandatory):

  • Experience with GraphQL, Redux, WebSockets, or TypeScript
  • Exposure to Agile methodology and tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
  • Understanding of DevOps practices and microservices architecture
  • Knowledge of AI/ML integrations or automation tools
