Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Python & AI Developer to design, build, and optimize intelligent applications that leverage artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Python programming, AI frameworks, and data analysis, with the ability to develop scalable algorithms and deploy AI solutions that deliver real business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI/ML models and algorithms to solve business problems.
  • Write efficient, scalable, and reusable code in Python.
  • Train, test, and fine-tune AI models for accuracy, reliability, and performance.
  • Integrate AI models into applications, APIs, and production systems.
  • Work with computer vision, natural language processing (NLP), or predictive analytics as required by projects.
  • Perform data preprocessing, cleaning, and transformation to prepare datasets for modeling.
  • Develop scripts and tools to automate repetitive tasks and workflows.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Monitor and evaluate model performance, implementing improvements where necessary.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, frameworks, and best practices in AI, machine learning, and Python development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Python Developer with expertise in AI/ML projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Python libraries and frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and OpenCV.
  • Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and neural networks.
  • Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and model deployment in production environments.
  • Knowledge of database management (SQL and NoSQL).
  • Proficient in software development best practices (OOP, design patterns, version control using Git).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to work on complex datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills for working in cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with Django/Flask for backend development is a plus.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for AI model deployment is an added advantage.
