UK higher education
. We are seeking an experienced
Educational Counselor/Team Lead – UK Education Counselling
to manage and mentor a team of counsellors, ensuring high-quality guidance for students aspiring to study in the UK.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, in-depth knowledge of UK admissions and visa processes, and a proven track record in student recruitment. This role offers the opportunity to lead a motivated team, achieve ambitious targets, and contribute to EduFly's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise a team of education counsellors to achieve student recruitment targets for UK universities.
  • Provide training and support on UK admissions, CAS, compliance, and visa guidance.
  • Monitor and review team performance, ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Handle escalated student and parent queries with professionalism.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with UK university representatives.
  • Report team progress and performance to management.
  • Support promotional events, fairs, and seminars.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree (Education, Business, or Communication preferred).
  • 3–5 years' experience
    in overseas education counselling with a
    UK focus
    .
  • Minimum
    1–2 years in a supervisory or leadership role
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    UKVI requirements and compliance
    .
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Target-driven with proven team management success.
