Role Description:

We're looking for a Creative Social Media Manager & Content Creator to help bring auréa's vision to life. You will work closely with the founder to execute creative ideas, translate brand direction into engaging content, and manage social media presence across platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the founder to bring ideas and concepts to life through social media content
  • Plan, create, and edit Reels, posts, and short-form content that aligns with the brand's vision
  • Execute campaigns based on the founder's creative direction while staying aware of trends
  • Manage posting schedule, engagement, and platform growth under the brand's guidance
  • Provide input and creative suggestions, but primarily help implement the brand's strategy and aesthetic

Qualifications:

  • 1–2 years experience in social media, content creation, or marketing
  • Portfolio of previous work (Instagram/TikTok/brands)
  • Strong video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere, or similar)
  • Awareness of social media trends and ability to adapt them creatively
  • Ability to execute ideas quickly and independently
  • Good understanding of Korean skincare products and trends is a plus
