We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to collect, process, and interpret large datasets to help drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong quantitative skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for business and operational teams.


Key Responsibilities:

Collect, clean, and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, sales apps, finance systems, etc.)

Design and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or Excel for departments such as sales, marketing, operations, and logistics

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, anomalies, and performance gaps

Support business teams with data-driven insights for decision-making, pricing, product mix, and regional performance

Develop and automate data models, pipelines, and reporting processes for efficiency

Work closely with cross-functional teams (finance, supply chain, sales) to align data requirements and improve data accuracy

Perform ad-hoc analysis and prepare reports for management presentations and strategy reviews

Document methodologies, maintain data dictionaries, and ensure data governance and accuracy


Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field

Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or BI Analyst (1–3+ years depending on role level)

Strong proficiency in:

Excel / Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, dashboards)

SQL for data querying and manipulation

Power BI / Tableau / Looker / Redash for visualization

Python or R (optional but preferred for automation and advanced analytics)

Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and data storytelling ability

Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex insights in simple terms

Experience with ETL processes, API data sources, and database management is a plus


Preferred Experience (Bonus Points):

Experience in FMCG, retail, e-commerce, or distribution analytics

Understanding of sales funnel metrics, customer segmentation, and demand forecasting

Familiarity with Power Query, DAX formulas, or Google BigQuery

Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting automation


KPIs / Success Metrics:

Timely delivery of accurate and automated dashboards

Reduction in manual reporting time and errors

Improvement in visibility of business KPIs across teams

Contribution to data-driven decision making and operational efficiency

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month
