We need a Social Media Marketing Specialist who knows how to turn clicks into customers.

Your Role

As our Social Media Marketing Specialist, you'll manage and optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Google Ads — driving traffic, boosting conversions, and growing our brand presence online.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns for eCommerce brands.
  • Develop and test ad creatives, copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance using data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Implement A/B testing to identify top-performing content and strategies.
  • Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and platform updates.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing social media ad campaigns (especially for eCommerce).
  • Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make smart decisions.
  • Experience with pixel tracking, retargeting, and conversion optimization.
  • Creative mindset — knows what kind of visuals and messaging drive clicks and sales.
  • Results-driven attitude with a passion for growth marketing.
