S. Zia-Ul-Haq & Sons is looking for a Certified Electrician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in portable cabins (lighting, power distribution, sockets, switches, and appliances).
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safe and efficient electrical operations.
  • Diagnose electrical problems and perform necessary repairs promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes during all electrical work.
  • Coordinate with site supervisors and other technicians for smooth project execution.
  • Maintain proper records of electrical repairs, maintenance, and inspections.
  • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits using testing devices such as ohmmeters, voltmeters, and multimeters.
  • Support in generator connections, load distribution, and temporary power supply arrangements when required.
  • Report any hazards, faults, or non-compliance issues to management immediately.

Requirements:

  • Diploma / Certification in Electrical Technology from a recognized institute.
  • Certified Electrician from a reputed technical training institute.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of experience as an electrician, preferably in portable cabins, construction sites, camps, or industrial facilities.
  • Strong knowledge of wiring, distribution boards, and electrical safety protocols.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and diagrams.
  • Physically fit and able to work in outdoor/site environments.
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Location: Gadap Town Behind Baqai Medical University | Super Highway | Karachi - Pakistan.
