Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing on software applications
  • Identify, record, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to resolve issues
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality standards
  • Automate testing processes and maintain test automation frameworks
  • Monitor software performance, reliability, and compliance with specifications
  • Provide feedback and recommendations for process and product improvements
  • Ensure adherence to QA standards, best practices, and industry regulations
  • Prepare and present QA reports and metrics to management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing
  • Knowledge of QA methodologies, testing tools, and frameworks (Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, etc.)
  • Experience with automated and manual testing processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development environments is a plus
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
  • Knowledge of Singapore and SEA software development ecosystem is preferred
