Odoo ERP Specialist
to implement and manage Odoo across all departments.

The Role

We need an experienced Odoo professional who can
set up, manage, and optimize Odoo ERP
for our manufacturing facility. The candidate must understand cross-functional workflows and ensure that Sales, Inventory, Production, HR, and Accounts are fully integrated. The role also requires training our staff and handling technical development directly or through developers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage Odoo modules:
    Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Manufacturing, HR, and Accounting
    .
  • Map company processes and align them with Odoo workflows.
  • Customize or coordinate development of modules as needed.
  • Train employees from different departments on effective ERP use.
  • Build accurate reports and dashboards for management.
  • Continuously improve ERP processes for efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of Odoo ERP experience
    (implementation + management).
  • Successful track record of
    full ERP implementation
    in manufacturing companies.
  • Strong knowledge of workflows across Sales Inventory Production HR Accounts.
  • Technical development skills (Python, XML, PostgreSQL) OR ability to manage external developers.
  • Ability to train non-technical staff.
  • Willing to work
    on-site in Sialkot
    (hybrid possible).
