We're Hiring – QuickBooks Expert (Bookkeeping Department)

We're looking for a QuickBooks Expert with minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in bookkeeping and accounting for international clients (UK / USA / UAE preferred).

Job Responsibilities:

Manage daily bookkeeping tasks in QuickBooks Online

Record and reconcile income, expenses, and bank transactions

Handle accounts payable & receivable

Prepare financial reports and monthly P&L statements

Support clients with accounting and compliance requirements

Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of client records

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years QuickBooks experience (Online & Desktop)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles

Experience with UK / USA bookkeeping preferred

Excellent communication & reporting skills

Ability to manage multiple client accounts independently
