We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in agentic AI systems and modern workflow automation platforms like n8n, Make (Integromat), LangChain, and LangGraph. This role will focus on building and maintaining AI-driven workflows and intelligent agents capable of autonomously completing complex tasks across systems and services.

The ideal candidate understands how to design context-aware, multi-step AI agents and integrate them into scalable automations that enhance business operations, customer experiences, and internal productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.

Create and manage automation pipelines using n8n, Make, or similar tools.

Integrate LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, open-source models) with APIs, tools, and data sources to enable autonomous reasoning and execution.

Orchestrate multi-agent systems capable of decision-making, tool use, memory management, and real-world task automation.

Develop custom nodes, plugins, or modules to extend automation platforms.

Collaborate with data, product, and engineering teams to identify automation use cases and deliver scalable solutions.

Ensure reliability, observability, and performance of deployed AI agents and automation workflows.

Maintain comprehensive documentation of agent architectures, workflows, and systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

Required:

Strong hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph (or similar agentic AI frameworks).

Solid understanding of agent design patterns: tool-use, memory, planning, chaining, feedback loops, etc.

Proficiency in automation platforms like n8n, Make, Zapier, or similar.

Python Chatbot and Langchain projects.

Deep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and HTTP protocols.

Experience integrating LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, etc.) into custom workflows.

Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for scripting and custom integration development.

Experience designing workflows for reliability, resilience, and observability.

Nice to Have:

Familiarity with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant).

Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and serverless architectures.

Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Prior experience with tools like AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar agent frameworks.
