We're Hiring: AI / Backend Developer

Are you excited about combining AI, Google Tag Manager, and user intent tracking to build personalized web experiences? We're looking for a Developer who can help us transform how users engage with our content.

What You'll Do

• Implement dynamic content rewriting on webpages using AI models and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Capture UTM parameters from campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, etc.) to understand user source and intent.
• Build logic that changes textual content (and potentially images) on the website based on campaign or ad group.
• Collaborate with our marketing team to optimize landing pages for higher engagement and conversions.
• Ensure smooth integrations with analytics and tracking systems.

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience with JavaScript and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Knowledge of AI/NLP tools or APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Vertex, etc.) for content rewriting.
• Familiarity with UTM tracking, analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Experience in dynamic content personalization.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to translate marketing goals into technical solutions.

Nice to Have

• Background in A/B testing and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
• Experience with marketing automation platforms.
• Understanding of privacy & compliance in personalized content delivery.
