We are seeking an experienced and motivated Senior Software Engineer (MERN) to lead our engineering teams, drive technical excellence, and deliver high-quality solutions on time. This role is a mix of hands-on development, architecture, and team leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Architecture & Development
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using MongoDB, , , and
  • Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
  • Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting production issues.

Leadership & Delivery

  • Lead a team of engineers across multiple projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Define technical requirements and project roadmaps in collaboration with product and design teams.
  • Ensure end-to-end delivery of engineering solutions with high quality and scalability.
  • Set clear goals, track progress, and establish engineering best practices.
  • Oversee resource allocation and assist in hiring and onboarding new team members.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Collaboration

  • Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
  • Maintain strong client communication and ensure alignment on deliverables.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including full-stack MERN development.
  • Strong technical background with proven hands-on coding and architecture expertise.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within deadlines.
  • Prior experience in a software services company.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
